In April 1891 Census the widowed Lucy Mortimer was working as a dressmaker and living at 27 Henry St, Llanwonno, Glamorganshire, Wales with children Willie (8), Albert (7) and Emmie (6). She had two Boarders from Bridgwater, Somerset, England, William Tapscott and Charles Carnook. In 1901 Census Lucy and second husband William Tapscott are living with her children William, Albert and Emmie in Llanwonno, Glamorganshire. William is a carpenter, Albert a baker and Emmie is a dressmaker. Albert Mortimer, a butcher, aged 56 born Gloucester is on the same census page. Was Albert her first husband's uncle?
